Description

A fundamental position within the surf team is that of the surf instructor. He/she is a professional instructor with an international recognized diploma (ASI or ISA) and also has a valid up-to-date lifeguard or lifesaving certificate. The surf lifestyle is a central theme for the surf instructor and he/she shares the stoke for surfing with our customers. As an instructor you contribute to an unforgettable surfing holiday for our customers by sharing your own passion for surfing with them!

Activities

The instructor is a point of contact for the customers and actively shares his/her expertise. Besides providing excellent surfing lessons for our customers, the instructor is also responsible for the surf equipment, professional photo-analyses (in cooperation with the photographer) and providing a theory-night in which the theory behind surfing is explained.  

Conditions

The instructor is an expert in teaching and improving the surf skills of our customers. He/she is able to teach both beginners and intermediates and effectively structures the surfing lessons. The instructor is:

• An experienced surfer
• Experienced teacher
• In possession of a valid ISA or ASI diploma
• In possession of a valid Lifeguard or Lifesaving certificate
• Creative and flexible
• Goal oriented and enthusiastic
• A good communicator
